Ingredients

  • 6 good-quality sausages, at least 85% meat
  • 2 red onions, cut into wedges

Optional extras

  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • A few sprigs of rosemary
  • Mustard, to serve

  1. Heat the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C).
  2. Put the sausages and onion wedges on a tray and add any extras.
  3. Roast for 30 to 35 minutes, turning once, until the sausages are browned and cooked through.

Swaps and tips

Add carbs for the family (optional)

For the family, add some new potatoes to the tray.
