Gooey baked cheese for dipping.
Equipment: Baking tray
Measures and names
Ingredients
- 1 whole camembert (in its box)
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- Sprig of rosemary
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Celery, pepper and cucumber sticks, to dip
- Cherry tomatoes and olives
- Black pepper
Method
- Heat the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C). Unwrap the camembert, discard any plastic, and return it to its wooden box (or sit it in a small ovenproof dish).
- Score the top in a criss-cross and tuck slivers of garlic and rosemary into the cuts.
- Drizzle with the olive oil and bake for 12–15 minutes, until molten in the centre.
- Meanwhile, arrange the vegetable sticks, cherry tomatoes and olives on a board.
- Season the cheese with black pepper and serve straight away for dipping — no salt needed.
