Measures and names
Ingredients
- 200 g mozzarella, torn

- Rocket (arugula) and basil
- ½ red onion, sliced
- Handful of olives
- 3 tbsp olive oil and balsamic
- Flaky salt and black pepper
Method
- Chop the tomatoes into varied chunks and combine in a bowl with the rocket, red onion and olives.
- Tear the mozzarella over in generous pieces.
- Scatter with plenty of basil.
- Dress with the olive oil and a little balsamic.
- Season with flaky salt and black pepper and serve at room temperature. Taste before adding salt — the olives already season the dish.
