My data
Your tracker, plans, routines and favourites are kept only on this phone or computer. Save them, so you can restore them if it’s lost or cleared, or move them to another device.
This device is nearly full of Health Shelf data. Save a file to keep a copy, then delete plans or routines you no longer need.
Send it to yourself by email or a message, and keep it. It goes only where you send it, never to Health Shelf.
Email this link to yourself, or keep it in a note.
Restore my data
Bring back your saved data, or move it to another phone or computer. The easiest way: open the newest message you sent yourself and tap the link.

Good to know
- Save after big changes, and about once a week. A reminder shows when you have changes that haven’t been saved for a week.
- Open the tracker from an icon on your iPhone’s Home Screen? The icon keeps its own copy of your data, separate from Safari. So open the icon first, then go to My data from the menu to save or restore. To restore from a link in an email, don’t tap the link, as it opens in Safari. Copy it instead, open the icon, and paste it under Restore my data.
- Opened a link inside Facebook, Gmail or another app? Those apps can keep their own copy, which you won’t see in your browser. Open Health Shelf in Safari, Chrome or your usual browser instead.
- Private browsing forgets everything when you close the window.
Delete my data
This deletes everything Health Shelf has saved on this phone or computer: your tracker, meal plans, favourites, routines and timer settings. Anything you have saved to a message or file is not affected.
